Data Center Technician; AWS

We are launching a new data center in Stafford, VA and need Data Center Technicians to ensure overall availability and reliability. The role involves in‑depth hardware and network diagnostics, physical repair, and on‑call rotation. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

• Perform hardware and network diagnostics and physical repairs.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours support.
• Regularly lift and load equipment up to 40 pounds; assist with group lifts over 41 pounds.
• Work in a 24/7 operational environment.
• Travel regionally to Fredericksburg, Louisa, and Manassas as required.

• 1+ year of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 1+ year of computer networking experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• U.S. citizenship.

• Experience troubleshooting customer issues under pressure.
• Strong customer‑service skills.

• Starting pay 27.00–48.00 USD hourly (location‑dependent).
