Software Systems Engineer

As a Software and Systems Engineer in Man Tech's IT department, you will design, integrate, and secure mission-critical systems supporting U.S. defense and intelligence customers. You'll develop and maintain software services, automate infrastructure, and ensure reliability and cybersecurity compliance across complex environments. Working with cross-functional teams, you'll translate mission requirements into scalable, secure solutions, implement CI/CD pipelines, and troubleshoot production issues.
