Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point-of-contact for all Task Order-related activities.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans, integrated master schedules (IMS), and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Monitor and report project performance, including schedule, milestones, risk management, and quality control.
- Coordinate with the J62FG
PMO, government stakeholders, and contractor teams to resolve technical and administrative issues. - Ensure appropriate staffing and skill sets are assigned and maintained for the task order.
- Track contractor personnel onboarding/offboarding and access expiration dates for AMPS systems.
- Submit required reports, including Monthly Status Reports (MSR), staffing reports, and other documentation.
- Maintain compliance with all DOD/DLA-approved AI/ML capabilities where applicable.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide presentations, track action items, and maintain documentation in approved repositories.
- Support transition-in and transition-out activities for the task order, ensuring knowledge transfer to government personnel.
- Must hold Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must have Project Management Certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- 5 years of experience with SAP GRC and/or SAP Application Security sustainment or implementation when supporting the SAP related tasks (preferred).
- 2 to 3 years of experience with, or knowledge of, cloud environments (preferred).
- Relevant Computing Environment (CE) Certification in SAP (e.g., C_AUDSEC_731, C_GRCAC_10, C_SECAUTH_20, or P_TSEC
10_75) (preferred).
