Stafford County is seeking Water Plant Operators to join our team. The role involves operating, maintaining, and monitoring a drinking water treatment facility in accordance with state and federal standards.
The four levels provide career growth with competitive hourly ranges and emphasis on safety and documentation. Applicants must have a valid Virginia driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays, and respond to after-hours emergencies.
