Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do

Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical, obstetric, or diagnostic procedures
Assess patient health history and prepare anesthesia plans
Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and adjust anesthesia accordingly
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort
Document anesthesia care in compliance with hospital protocols
Adhere to safety and infection control standards
Support post-anesthetic recovery and patient care transitions

What You Need

Current CRNA license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain
Minimum of [X] years of anesthesia experience (preferred)
Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and patient safety protocols
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
BLS and ACLS certifications (if required)
