We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a correctional healthcare team providing quality nursing care in a secure correctional setting. This is a 13-week contract opportunity for nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering patient-centered care.
Position Details- Position:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Corrections - Contract Length: 13 Weeks

August 10, 2026 - Schedule:
3x12-hour shifts - Hours:
36 hours per week - Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend - Openings: 2

Required:
Yes
- Provide general and emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric inmates/patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient conditions and document appropriately.
- Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and healthcare staff.
- Respond to medical emergencies within the facility.
- Maintain safety, security, and professional standards in accordance with correctional policies and procedures.
- Current and active LPN license in the applicable state.
- Minimum 1 year of correctional nursing experience required.
- Current CPR certification (if applicable).
- Current TB screening (Questionnaire, PPD, or Chest X-Ray as required).
- Current Health Certificate (per state or contract requirements).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- $38/hour
