Lead in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager to authorize refunds and overrides; supervise cash-handling procedures and cashier accountability;
Stock merchandise, rotate and face shelves, and build merchandise displays;
Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance;
Provide exemplary customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise;
Open and/or close the store under direction of the Area Manager.
