CONTINGENT UPON AWARD
Duties & Responsibilities- The Senior Security Specialist Program Manager shall be responsible for coordinating schedules to maintain staffing at all visitor desks during business hours, ensuring a cleared access control presence at the referenced visitor desks during working hours.
- The SSS/PM will be responsible for training Access Control Specialists.
- Provide support in any contractor role when any employee is out of office.
- Assist the COMSEC manager with the following:
- Transferring/receiving/hand receipting COMSEC material for OTD to/from FBICOR and other locations.
- Bi-annual COMSEC inventory, shipment of COMSEC items, and completion and filing of paperwork.
- Implement the policies and procedures as outlined in the FBI Central Office of Record COMSEC Manual.
- Have experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
- Execute all assigned duties in a professional manner that demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service.
- Provide briefings and debriefings.
- Support other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities
(KSAs)
- Skilled in creating complex spreadsheets (Excel, etc.), preparing briefings (PowerPoint, etc.), Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to manage schedules, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
- Knowledgeable and proficient in Access Control Specialist and Security Specialist duties.
- Must possess Top-Secret personnel security clearances and be eligible for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) special access.
- Three (3) years of security experience in relevant fields such as industrial security, physical security, and computer/network security, OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in any security related field.
- Experience in program planning, execution and oversight capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree
