Access Control Specialist - TS​/SCI Cleared, Rotating Shift

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented ACCESS CONTROL SPECIALIST to join our team in STAFFORD, VA
.

• Assist in managing access to secure areas, while supporting security compliance and protection of sensitive assets.
• Administer physical access control to facilities, ensuring proper credentialing, visitor management, and adherence to access policies.
• Coordinate badge issuance and revocation, access provisioning, and incident reporting for access violations.
• Conduct routine reviews of access logs, report anomalies, and assist with investigations of security incidents.
• Perform database queries using DISS & Scattered Castles; print reports/results; retrieve case files; make appropriate database entries.
• Perform Random Anti-Terrorism Measures (RAMS) at customer site.
• Support a rotating shift with a schedule of ,  and .

• High School Diploma / GED and 1-3 years of relevant experience in the security field.
• Familiarity with government security regulations, including NISPOM, and DoD Manuals and policies, pertinent to security.
• Experience working with access control systems (e.g., CCURE).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 1 year+ experience with using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and/or Scattered Castles.

Must have an active and current TS/SCI security clearance.

Must be able and willing to perform occasional manual labor and warehouse duties, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
