Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related issues.;
Monitor entrances, hallways, waiting areas, and other assigned locations to help control access, assist with directions, and/or support site protocols for visitors and contractors.;
Assist with medical center operations by communicating with staff regarding security-related concerns, supporting emergency procedures, and/or helping to maintain orderly conditions throughout the location.
