Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established site procedures, and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site protocols.;
Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports, documenting observations, patrols, and security-related concerns.
