We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II who will efficiently perform all necessary maintenance for the apartment community and support the Maintenance Supervisor in directing and managing overall maintenance programs.

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C and electrical duties
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required by the needs of the community
• Ensure service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner
• Perform preventative maintenance repairs
• Respond to automated service on emergency calls per company policy
• Assist with resident functions
• Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

• Experience in apartment maintenance
• Team player

• At least one year of apartment maintenance experience
• A/C Certification Type II or Universal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on‑call
