Delivery Helper

Position Summary

The primary functions of the Delivery Helper are to load, locate job sites, back up, prepare and restore the job site, prepare the truck for the following day, and maintain the truck and equipment.

• Compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines (OSHA and DOT)
• Perform pre‑trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure accuracy of order
• Safely unload product and deliver to assigned area as directed by the customer
• Secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallet on truck
• Navigate routes to the job site

• Ability to read, write, and communicate information accurately
• Stamina to lift at least 75 lbs. to carry materials such as drywall and joint compound

• Integrity and trust; demonstrate servant leadership; collaborate effectively
• Work independently or as part of a team; lead, execute, delegate as needed
• Build relationships at all organizational levels; foster an inclusive environment
• Show initiative, drive results, and communicate professionally

• Remain standing 90% of the time while unloading/loading materials
• Unload/ load materials up to 100 lbs from flatbed or boom
• Operate in outdoor environments while making deliveries

• Prioritize job sites and deadlines
• Manage stress and meet customer deadlines
• Multitask and receive directions efficiently
• Communicate solutions quickly when problems arise
• Use sound judgment

Base salary range: $0.00 to $25.00 per hour. Overtime and performance-based bonuses may apply.
