Within our Project Services division, the small works team plays a crucial role in the day‑to‑day delivery of planned minor works across a diverse range of prisons on our client sites.

• Carrying out maintenance of heating installations
• Completing installation and maintenance of plumbing, drainage, and sanitation installations
• Undertake faultfinding diagnosis, problem‑solving, and analysis of plant operation pertaining to the operation and efficacy of the installed mechanical systems (including plumbing, drainage, heating, and HVAC systems).
• Carry out relevant testing and certification of mechanical plant and systems in accordance with all appropriate regulations and within the remit of the postholder's relevant qualifications.
• To always work in a safe manner and to a high standard, in line with best working practices
