Overview

Annual salary: up to £40,061.00. Carpenter |

Location:

Staines | Full Time Permanent. Salary up to £40,061 per annum, plus company van and fuel card. 42.5 hours per week (8:00–17:00, Monday to Friday).

• Carrying out reactive carpentry repairs in occupied properties
• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry
• Hanging doors, fitting skirting and architraves, fixing windows/doors, lock changes, repairing worktops and kitchen units (UPVC, etc.)
• Providing high levels of customer care at all times

• Experience in Carpentry
• Social housing experience
• A UK full valid driving license

Additional requirements:

All roles are subject to relevant Background, Identity & Security checks before commencement of employment. For driving a Mears vehicle, you must be over 21, have held your licence for more than 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points. DBS/Security checks may apply.
