Dominion is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance team, focusing on damp, mould and disrepair to improve residents’ homes. You’ll assess condition, diagnose issues and manage surveys, delivering high-quality, resident-focused solutions in social housing settings.
You’ll work in a regulated environment, applying Awaab’s Law, HHSRS and CDM Regulations 2015 while coordinating with contractors and internal teams for lasting improvements.
