Registered Nurse Supervisor

Liberty Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care within our behavioral health and human services programs. In this role, you will supervise nursing staff, coordinate patient care, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, clinical mentoring, care planning, medication administration oversight, and regulatory compliance. You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, support evidence-based practice, and help drive quality improvement initiatives that positively impact community health outcomes across diverse populations.

• Supervise and schedule nursing staff in behavioral health and human services programs
• Oversee delivery of person-centered, evidence-based nursing care
• Coordinate and monitor care plans across interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to nurses
• Monitor medication administration processes and safety practices
• Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on complex cases
• Support orientation and ongoing training for nursing staff
