Staff Accountant

The role of the Staff Accountant is to manage the accounting and financial reporting process for their assigned territory. We are looking to add a Staff Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong accounting foundation who is eager to develop, learn, and grow within a collaborative environment.

• Support general ledger accounting activities, including preparation of journal entries under GAAP
• Assist with GAAP-based month-end close processes
• Prepare accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support accounting activities impacting the P&L and financial statements
• Collaborate with a broader accounting team and shared services partners
• Support accounting process improvements during a new ERP implementation
• Maintain accurate documentation and support ad hoc accounting analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1–2 years of accounting experience
• Solid understanding of core accounting principles
• Experience supporting general ledger or expense-related accounting activities
• Curious, adaptable, and open to learning new systems and technologies
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
