Staff Accountant

Description

Our company is currently seeking an organized and analytical Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will manage essential accounting processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports.

+ Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.

+ Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

+ Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.

+ Maintain and improve accounting controls, payroll management, and audit processes.

+ Proficiently utilize accounting software such as Microsoft D365, Oracle Net Suite, Power

BI, Quickbooks, SAP, SQL, and Workday.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

+ Knowledge of cash management, billing processes, and general ledger functions.

+ Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

+ Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills; adaptability and a willingness to learn are highly valued
