Our client is an expanding, mid-sized New Haven area based public accounting firm with a long history of serving a robust and sophisticated middle-market client base.
RoleWith an eye to the future, the firm is committed to developing the next generation of leadership. They seek a well-tracked and networked Senior Manager or Director with Partnership aspirations. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with both tactical and review level accounting and audit experience. S/he will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships while continuously seeking to build new relationships.
Staff development and mentorship skills are highly desired.
- CPA with at least 8 years of recent audit and accounting experience.
- The ability to perform effectively at both tactical and review levels.
- Partnership aspirations and desire to expand business development skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills including leading teams.
