Responsibilities- Reportstothe Controller-thisroleisthefirstlineofreviewfor
Accounting Functions - Oversee General Ledger Accounting ,Accounts Payable,Accounts Receivable and Payroll functions
- Abilitytoimplementandenforcepoliciesandprocedurestodrivechangeandstreamlinecurrentprocessesandsystems
- Responsibleformonthlyfinancialclosings
- Performingspecialprojectsandanalysisasrequested
- Assistingwithperiodicaudits,includingauditrequests,bybothexternalfinancialauditorsandcity/statetaxauditors
- 6+years
Real Estateindustryexperience - Stronginterpersonalskills,workingwithinacollaborativeenvironment
- Abilitytosuperviseandmotivatestaff
- BA/BSinAccountingorrelatedfield-CPAaplus
Salary- $170K-$180K+bonus
