Family Office Accountant

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience who is looking to expand their exposure beyond traditional corporate accounting and work directly with complex family office structures.

• Assist with general ledger activities including cash management, bill pay, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month‑end close
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for individuals, trusts, foundations, and operating entities
• Maintain monthly accounting work papers and supporting schedules
• Communicate regularly with clients and third-party advisors
• Collaborate with tax, advisory, and internal teams
• Support special projects and process improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2-4 years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Quick Books experience is a plus
