What You’ll Do:- Prepare monthly property-level financial statements and variance analysis
- Manage CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and lease accounting
- Support month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and bank recs
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation
- Assist with investor reporting, audit prep, and lender compliance packages
- Coordinate with property management and asset management teams on financial data
