Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Accounting Clerk to support the accounting team with administrative and transactional accounting tasks. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a foundation in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with data entry for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting records

+ File, scan, and organize financial documents

+ Help reconcile statements and support account reviews

+ Assist with invoice processing and payment tracking

+ Maintain accurate records and update accounting information in the system

+ Support the accounting team with special projects and administrative tasks

+ Provide general clerical support to the finance department

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ Recent grads encouraged to apply

+ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

+ Basic knowledge of accounting principles

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

+ Strong communication and organizational skills
