Entry Level Accountant

We are looking for an Entry Level Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations for a growing team. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with numbers, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to a fast-moving business environment. The ideal candidate brings a solid academic foundation in accounting or finance, along with experience handling core transactional accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and assist with timely accounts payable activities while maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
• Prepare customer billing records and help monitor accounts receivable balances to support consistent cash flow tracking.
• Record journal entries and update accounting data to keep financial information complete and current.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies to ensure transactions are properly reflected in company records.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts on a regular basis and resolve outstanding variances with appropriate follow-up.
• Assist with month-end accounting activities by organizing records, reviewing transactions, and supporting financial close procedures.
• Communicate with internal team members and external contacts to clarify payment issues, account questions, and documentation needs.
