Business and Accounting Manager

Finario is a fast growing Software-as-a-Service technology company providing a suite of intelligent capital planning & portfolio strategy solutions to leading industrial enterprises worldwide.

As the Business & Accounting Manager you will be responsible for financial and internal operations of the company including A/P, A/R, cash & expense management and financial reporting as well as payroll, office administration and special projects. This is a hands‑on role reporting directly to the Founder & CEO of this fast growing technology company. If you are good with numbers and motivated by getting things done, this role could be for you.

• Accounts Receivable – Generate and monitor annual client invoices and payments
• Accounting – Make a modest number of monthly accounting entries (i.e. revenue, payroll)
• Reporting – Prepare internal management reporting and work with our tax accountants for annual tax filings
• Cash Management – Manage our banking arrangements and liquidity
• Tax Compliance – Interface with our tax accountants and manage sales tax compliance.
• Payroll & HR – Process payroll and serve as the first‑point of contact on routine employee related matters
• Administration – Oversee the operations of our headquarters office
• Control – Evaluate, analyze and manage wherever needed to support our growth.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a software firm or another business selling products/solutions to other companies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with Quick Books Online
• Detail‑oriented with strong attention to tactical execution and follow‑through
• Natural sense of curiosity with a desire to problem‑solve for others
