Accounts Payable

Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounts Payable professional to support day-to-day invoice processing and vendor payment activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and assisting with account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests

+ Review invoices for accuracy, approvals, and proper coding

+ Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

+ Prepare and process check runs and electronic payments

+ Maintain vendor records and update account information

+ Assist with month-end close activities related to payables

+ Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments

+ Support process improvement efforts within the accounts payable function

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Experience in accounts payable or a related accounting function

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks

+ Good communication and problem-solving skills

+ Proficiency with accounting systems and spreadsheet software
