Collections Specialist
We are seeking a Collections Specialist to manage outstanding accounts and support the collection of past-due balances. This role will involve communicating with customers, researching account issues, and helping reduce delinquency while maintaining strong professional relationships. Key Responsibilities- Contact customers regarding past-due balances
