The position is focused on advising high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and closely held businesses whose tax requirements often span multiple entities and generations.
You'll manage complex tax engagements, work directly with clients on year-round planning and lead teams of Seniors and Associates. - Partnerships and other pass-through entities.

- Personal investments and other HNW interests.
The team takes an integrated approach, looking at the relationship between a client's businesses, personal wealth and family circumstances when developing tax strategies.
What You'll Be DoingAs Tax Manager, you'll take ownership of multiple client engagements throughout the year.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage Private Client tax engagements from planning through final delivery.
- Review complex federal and state income tax returns.

- Ensure engagements are appropriately staffed and delivered within agreed deadlines.
You’ll have direct ownership of client relationships rather than operating solely behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with business owners, individuals and families to understand what's happening across both their business and personal financial affairs.
As those circumstances change, you’ll be expected to recognise potential tax implications and bring planning ideas to the table.
The aim is to become someone clients contact before making a significant decision
, rather than simply someone they speak to when a return needs filing.
You’ll supervise Seniors, Associates and other members of the Private Client team across your engagements.
This will include:
- Delegating work and managing engagement workflow.
- Reviewing tax returns and supporting work papers.
- Providing technical guidance.
