Our client, a prominent global investment firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their growing Talent Acquisition team in Stamford, CT. This is an add‑to‑team role driven by growth and will support a fast‑paced group of recruiters in a highly professional, detail‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a strong administrator who thrives under pressure, is comfortable handling high interview volume, and is flexible with hours due to significant overtime demands.

- 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced administrative or coordination role, required.
- Prior experience supporting recruiting or HR teams, preferred.
- Extremely strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of scheduling, required.
- Flexible with hours and willing to work a meaningful amount of overtime, required.
- Experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office, required.
- Experience with Concur, Teams, and Workday, preferred.
- Willingness to commute between Stamford, CT and Greenwich, CT offices as needed, required.
The salary for this role is $70K-$85K. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
