Our client Fortune 500 client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their enterprise sales team. This person ensures leaders and cross‑functional teams operate efficiently by managing priorities, coordinating meetings, and maintaining alignment across multiple work streams.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Stamford, CT

Pay Range: $45 per hour

What’s the Job?
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple senior leaders (VP and Sr. Director level), ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Coordinate recurring leadership meetings, team ceremonies, and ad hoc working sessions
  • Support end‑to‑end travel logistics (flights, hotels, itineraries) for senior leadership
  • Maintain organization across leadership priorities, documents, and communication threads
What’s Needed?
  • 3–6+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support in a corporate environment
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools
