Qualifications• 3-5 years in Project Management, Administration or Customer Service.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
• Conference or event experience is preferred.
• Managing the Attendee Qualification Specialist Team:
Setting weekly team goals and prioritization schedules; scheduling timely check-ins for status updates and managing team schedules to ensure full coverage on a weekly basis.
• Acting as an escalation point when the team receives push-back on their categorizations, as well as assisting the team with their categorization efforts during peak times.
• Managing team growth and turnover:
Hiring new team members as needed; providing appropriate training and auditing their work until fully up-and-running.
• Creating and updating training materials for the Attendee Qualification Specialist Team, as well as internal and external communications for key stakeholders across the business.
• Continually look for ways to streamline processes across all conferences and identify areas for improvement.
The client Worldwide Conference Team is growing and looking for an Attendee Qualification Manager. In this role, you will manage our Attendee Qualification Specialist team, as well as partner with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the accuracy of attendee qualification criteria in all communications. Our Attendee Qualification Specialist team is responsible for categorizing attendees across all client conferences; this includes reviewing attendee applications to determine if they are the right fit for exclusive role-based content, as well as categorizing attendees as either a user or provider to determine their ability to participate in access-restricted sessions.
