What you’ll do
  • Own the Category’s 24‑month rolling demand plan in both short‑ and long‑term horizons.
  • Accountable for category achievement of Demand Planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias).
  • Manage weekly and daily demand planning reporting & distribution.
  • Lead the demand side of conversations in the Demand Alignment Review meeting with Sales and Marketing.
  • Present the S&OP forecast in the Demand meeting, including an overview of key assumptions, risks and opportunities.
  • Understand and analyze key business drivers (market share, product data, inventory requirements, competitive activity) to drive improvement in forecasting.
What makes you a good fit
  • 6‑8 years experience in Supply Chain.
  • 3‑5 years experience in Demand Planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar field.
  • Strong analytical & problem‑solving abilities.
  • Capable of leading & influencing cross‑functional teams.
  • Effective communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Experience in a CPG environment preferred.
