What you’ll do- Own the Category’s 24‑month rolling demand plan in both short‑ and long‑term horizons.
- Accountable for category achievement of Demand Planning KPIs (Forecast Accuracy, Bias).
- Manage weekly and daily demand planning reporting & distribution.
- Lead the demand side of conversations in the Demand Alignment Review meeting with Sales and Marketing.
- Present the S&OP forecast in the Demand meeting, including an overview of key assumptions, risks and opportunities.
- Understand and analyze key business drivers (market share, product data, inventory requirements, competitive activity) to drive improvement in forecasting.
- 6‑8 years experience in Supply Chain.
- 3‑5 years experience in Demand Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar field.
- Strong analytical & problem‑solving abilities.
- Capable of leading & influencing cross‑functional teams.
- Effective communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Experience in a CPG environment preferred.
