Summary
:
The Operations Project Coordinator supports critical operational processes across the organization by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely execution of recurring administrative and compliance-driven activities. This role partners closely with Operations, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to maintain internal systems, documentation, and controls that keep the business running smoothly.
The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and comfortable managing recurring workflows, audits, and process documentation while serving as a reliable operational back‑up across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Convert items into reports or Excel outputs and support basic project reporting.
- Prepare meeting materials (trackers, summaries, open items), capture notes, and document/action follow‑ups.
- Support recurring operational workflows, including audits, compliance tracking, and shared resource coordination.
- Maintain operational trackers, logs, documentation, and Integration & Project Management folders.
- Prepare monthly corporate survey files, validate data, and update related trackers.
- Assist with security and application audits, including tracking remediation actions.
- Process purchases in alignment with approval workflows.
- Maintain and update SOPs, including version control and approvals.
A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Professional Skills and Requirements- Foundational experience supporting operations or projects through internships, academic work, or early career roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
- Ability to manage recurring tasks, follow structured processes, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong learning agility and problem‑solving ability.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, shared drives, and workflow/task management tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).
- Ability to learn new systems (workflow tools, ticketing systems, low code platforms).
- Experience preparing documentation, SOPs, or checklists (preferred).
- Interest in operations, process improvement, or project coordination.
