Our client is a leading connectivity and media organization serving millions of residential and business customers across the United States. The organization operates at national scale and provides internet, TV, and voice services, supported by a large workforce and significant assets. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $50.00 to $58.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
  • Map current and future-state workflows and model processes using Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify issues and recommend improvements.
  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements and align on priorities.
  • Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and use cases.
  • Support Agile delivery practices across Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Plan and execute UAT in partnership with business and technical teams.
  • Communicate complex concepts in concise terms to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5+ years as a Business Analyst or related role in process improvement, product, operations, or consulting.
  • Proficiency with workflow mapping and process modeling using Visio or Lucidchart.
  • Demonstrated gap analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Hands‑on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and use cases.
  • Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
  • Experience planning and executing UAT.
  • Strong communication and facilitation with cross‑functional stakeholders.
