Aboutthe Position:
The Assistant Manager, Portfolio Commercialization owns the end‑to‑end Ratings & Reviews process for Cuisinart products while supporting project management and commercial launch execution across the portfolio. The position manages product seeding programs (including HTC and Vine), coordinates cross‑functional sample delivery, serves as the primary vendor contact, and compiles all inputs required for seamless Ratings & Reviews execution. In parallel, the role supports new product launches by maintaining commercialization timelines, tracking stage‑gate deliverables, and managing launch documentation and tracking tools.
The position also ensures commercial readiness by monitoring launch schedules, maintaining shared folders, supporting presentations and and tracking marketing budget spend across commercial work streams.
Own ‘Ratings + Reviews’ process & execution for Cuisinart products
- Own product seeding process and tracking across Home Testers Club, Bazaarvoice and Vine.
- Owns new product setup on Bazaarvoice, retailer syndication, and troubleshooting.
- Compile all information needed for Ratings + Reviews for internal alignment, vendor briefing and timely execution, as well as coordinate sample delivery.
- Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams (Ecomm, Sales, Product Dev and Marketing), serving as point‑person for everything Ratings & Reviews
Assist Project Management for new Product Launches
- Maintain and update commercialization timelines for new product launches.
- Monitor progress and keep teams accountable (e.g. follow‑up on deliverables for each stage gate).
- Manage and update New Product Commercialization tracking sheets
Support Commercial Readiness and Launch Execution
- Track New product launches – when and where launching, distribute regular updates.
- Manage and maintain commercialization folders and file sharing access.
- Support in assembling presentation decks and toolkits
Ensure Launch and Channel Requirements are delivered
- Gather and maintain channel‑specific requirements and due dates for commercial and marketing deliverables
- Anticipate and flag key risks for the Commercial team
Track Cuisinart Marketing Budget
- Monitor and track Marketing team budget spend across all commercial work streams.
- Provide regular updates on budget tracking to Commercialization / Marketing leadership team.
- Coordinate invoice processing, correct cost center allocation and timely approvals; partner with Finance to monitor spend vs. forecast
- Support onboarding of new agency or vendor partners as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, commercialization or product innovation and launch.
- Experience in managing and executing multiple and complex projects in parallel.
- Detailed‑oriented, strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Environmental Factors:
- Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time.
- This role requires Stamford, CT office on‑site presence Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere on Fridays.
