The Operations Manager, Outpost Services improves workforce delivery through supplier performance management and operational reporting. This role uses workforce and sourcing data to identify risks, improve outcomes, and support business goals.
The role partners with suppliers and cross‑functional teams to review performance, improve service delivery, and implement process improvements. The position supports operational planning through reporting, performance reviews, and recommendations.
Responsibilities- Manage supplier performance through scorecards, reviews, and improvement plans.
- Monitor workforce metrics and identify performance trends and risks.
- Create reports and dashboards that support operational priorities.
- Recommend actions that improve delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Partner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve delivery challenges.
- Support operational planning through data‑based insights and reporting.
- Improve processes that increase consistency and reduce operational delays.
- Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to automate routine reporting, analyze operational datasets, and accelerate document drafting.
- Experience using data, reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to identify trends, evaluate performance, and support recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and external partners.
- Experience improving processes and operational performance to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Ability to apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to support business and operational objectives.
