Senior Manager, Oncology Strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of patient services strategy and programmatic design for Pfizer’s Oncology products
• Facilitate interactions between Patient Services teams and Business Unit partners
• Support the development and design of impactful patient service programs
• Track brand needs, economics, strategies, timelines, and priorities
• Manage and optimize PPS spend at the BU-level
• Proactively establish strong internal and external relationships across relevant teams
• Ensure program operating procedures are in alignment with legal, regulatory and compliance standards

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, etc.) preferred
• 6+ years’ experience in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy / Operations / Program Management, Strategy / Management Consulting, or related area required
• 2+ years’ direct experience supporting Oncology brands preferred
• Relevant healthcare experience includes working in/with consulting, commercial biopharma functions involving strategy development and/or strategic initiatives
• Strong enterprise thinking, strategic planning, and financial acumen
• Extensive cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
• Experience in portfolio strategy
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, including technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Demonstrates expertise in Biopharma Patient Services Strategy and Operations, with a strong focus on Oncology products. Proven ability to develop impactful patient service programs while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
