Process Improvement Analyst

One of our partners is hiring for a Business Process Improvement Analyst to support their Customer Operations organization. This role requires understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the lines of business in order to enable change and deliver value to the organization. The analyst conducts complex analysis on current and future state business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated.

Major duties and responsibilities include:

• Facilitating process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
• Reviewing information and trends to ensure that the output of processes are achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels.
• Validating IT process design and documentation as needed for new enhancements. Creating workflows and conveying findings in PowerPoint, Excel and/or Visio.

Required qualifications:

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to present performance feedback effectively.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Ability to work independently.
• Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes.
• Deep knowledge of process modeling techniques (BPMN, UML diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams) and modeling tools (Visio, Bizagi, Camunda, Miro, Lucid).
• Familiarity with Celonis or similar process mining tools a plus.
• Previous reporting experience (Micro Strategy, Tableau) a plus.
