MUST HAVE Fixed Income Experience

Manage the global delivery of SEC Treasury Clearing regulatory change. This requires a cross regional, cross entity deliveries and a lot of co-ordination across various teams globally.

The role will require to capture, translate Regulatory requirements to business requirements and further into system requirements

The role will be cross functional working with the Business, Operations, Finance and Risk to flush out requirements and technical changes

• Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross functional plan, project scope etc.
• Create Project plan in line with Project Management Methodology
• Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes
• Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly
• Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones
• Raise change control requests (as required)
• Support quality assurance reviews
• Manage Project Financials
• Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues
• Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project
• Document project artifacts include requirements etc
• Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met

• Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Fixed Income settlements is required
• Knowledge of Sponsored Repo is required
• Prior experience with Regulatory deliveries preferred
• Prior experience working with FICC preferred
• The candidate must be a detail oriented.
• The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Builds cross regional relationships and must be open to working different timezones globally
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Visio required.
• +7 years' experience in Project Management preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile preferred.
