Job description:About the Role
- We are looking for Business Analyst to work closely with the VP of the Program Management Office (PMO) in the Technology and Product Organization in an operational role assisting with key initiatives across WWE and TKO.
- Local resource to Stamford, CT for on-site presence
- Strong organization and analytical skills
- Forward thinking, not afraid to ask questions or raise potential gaps/issues
- Largely an operational role supporting the VP of PMO
- Experience supporting projects or programs, direct management is a bonus
- Ability to work on multiple work streams at once
- Prioritize toward timelines and, likely, track budget/spending
- Literacy around AI frontier is also a bonus
- BA will initially help support formalization and execution of a facility buildout project and an AI special project that likely involves coordination between AI teams and Business teams across TKO
Qualifications:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Tracking metrics:
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs, which are measurable values that show how well a project meets its goals) - Building reports, presentations, process flows:
Creating visual progress reports using tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Miro, Airtable, etc. - Risk spotting:
Reviewing portfolio data early to catch budget or timeline delays
- Summarizing details:
Ability to synthesize data to arrive at key summary points - Creating presentations:
Designing clear slides for executive reviews and stakeholder meetings - Writing status reports:
Delivering concise updates that highlight critical blockers and decisions needed
- Managing frameworks:
Understanding and supporting Project and Program management frameworks and governance concepts - Mapping dependencies:
Tracking how one team's work impacts another across multiple projects or work streams - Documenting workflows:
Creating standard operating procedures to keep teams aligned
- Roadmap management:
Understanding and ability to organize strategy into a roadmap - AI Knowledge:
Awareness and understanding of business capabilities leveraging to assist/recommend opportunities across the Technology & Project Business Unit - Technology Project Implementation:
Awareness and understanding of formalizing a technology project
