- You’re a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:

- This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
- Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
Internship responsibilities may include:This intern positon will support Spectrum Community Solutions large scale program launches, in various capacities. The position will gain useful insight and exposure into cross-functional project delivery for a large organization. Duties will include project management analysis and support, sales analysis and support, and process development and support. The intern role will also have exposure to multiple levels of leadership within the organization
- Project management activities to help assist sales and operational activity for Spectrum Community Solutions.
- Collaboration with key stakeholder & supporting organizations to assist in the project delivery.
- Some of these organizations include:
Sales, Sales Operations, Technical Operations, Billing, Business Planning, and Product. Process creation and enhancement. - Personal and Professional development
- Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
