- This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
- Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
- In addition to role‑specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross‑functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
Internship responsibilities may include:Sales Operations executes a diverse array of strategic, analytical and operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement of the Sales Organization. Through the Spectrum Internship Program, Sales Operations will fully incorporate interns into high‑performing teams to undertake impactful projects while providing them with ongoing mentorship and development opportunities. We are seeking critical thinkers with excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills who will thrive in a respectful, collaborative environment that values high standards and effectiveness.
- Sales Operations Data Analysts develop evidence‑based business strategies using critical thinking, data analysis techniques, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R).
- In this role you will gain experience extracting insights from data to solve complex problems, and providing actionable recommendations that have a meaningful impact on business processes and performance.
- The ideal candidate will be a well‑rounded analyst with proficiency in acquiring, managing, mining and visualizing data, as well as the ability to communicate findings to non‑technical audiences.
- Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
- Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
- Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
