  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
  • Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
  • In addition to role-specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

Intern will assist in identifying and quantifying meaningful and actionable opportunities to ensure revenue recognition and risk mitigation. Intern will work both with existing databases/queries and create new data sets. Data is sourced from multiple platforms and we maintain an internal server. Intern will collaborate with both the technical and functional team members to analyze opportunities.

  • Intern will assist in maintaining existing reporting, update queries, and create ad hoc data sets.
  • Intern will collaborate with functional team to transform requirements into actionable data sets.
  • Intern will become familiar with billing systems to facilitate validating that data sets are accurate and complete.
  • Intern will assist in recurring report generation and review including month end processing.
  • Our team is very collaborative; project driven and has considerable autonomy to explore opportunities across the business.
Required qualifications
  • Must be a rising junior or rising senior with an expected graduation date between of May 2028 to May 2029
  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of SQL with ability to write queries
  • Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of Claude/Kiro skills and prompts is desirable
  • Possess strong attention to detail, collaborative, analytical and communication skills
