Base Salary: $129,996 - $ This position is eligible for an annual bonus.

Location: Stamford, CT

• Create, own, and lead Primo’s Category Thought Leadership initiatives with key customers across the Food service channel.
• Promote the Bottled Water Category and Primo Brands growth through the synthesis of complex channel and consumer data into concise, strategic, and actionable insights for our key Food service partners.
• Co-pilot to creation, communication, and execution of Primo’s Go-to-Market strategy for the Food service channel alongside Primo’s Channel Development Team.
• Play critical and central role in constructing and delivering content for relevant Joint Business Plans and Top-to-Tops with top tier Food service partners.
• Be a trusted advisor to Primo’s most important Food service partners, offering category centric and fact-based recommendations that will drive sustainable category growth.
• Support the sell-in of new items/strategies across channel, developing compelling and data-based customer specific plans.
• Lead the evolution and adoption of best-in-class category reporting for the Food service channel.

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Category Management experience preferably in CPG.
• Experience operating within the Food service industry or with Food service customers strongly preferred, but not required.
• Must have an entrepreneurial spirit! Must thrive operating within a fast-paced and detailed oriented environment. Must be comfortable making sound, thoughtful decisions that lead to decisive action across the broader Food service organization.
• Experience with AI tools, dashboard platforms (e.g. Power BI), and scalable templates is a plus.
• Experience with Syndicated Data (Nielsen/Circana) and Shopper Panel Data (Numerator, Circana, etc) measures and systems.
• Experience with Food service Industry data systems (Technomic, Datassential, Distillr, Blue World, various GPO and Broadline Distributor databases, etc.)
• Experience building customer-facing selling decks and insight presentations that drive joint business planning and mutual wins.
• Ability to present data accurately and with credibility.
• Positive interaction with customers and customer managers.
• Advanced Excel and Power Point Skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
