The candidate will manage multiple projects, review plans, and prepare quantity take-offs. An ideal applicant will have a BS or BA in a relevant field, 5+ years of estimating experience, and excellent skills in MS Office/Excel. The role includes soliciting bids, maintaining relationships, and ensuring accurate estimates, contributing to the success of our preconstruction phase.
