Description

The Construction Project Manager oversees the logistical and administrative operations of construction projects, both on‑site and off‑site, supporting new store construction, remodels, roll‑outs, and facility projects to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and regulatory safety standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project planning and execution: coordinating schedules, managing vendors, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Communication: acting as liaison between project management, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation and record keeping: managing construction documentation, contracts, and relevant paperwork.
  • Financial tracking: monitoring all construction project finances and working with Finance to release deposits and payments.
  • Procurement: ordering and tracking delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Issue resolution: identifying and resolving construction‑related problems and discrepancies.
  • Punch list management: managing development and closeout of all punch lists and reporting status to stakeholders.
  • System platforms: using Procore, Ecotrak, AutoCAD, Adobe, and MS Office.
  • Key personality traits: organized, self‑motivated, supportive, thoughtful, multi‑tasker.
Scope

Reports to the VP of Development and Construction; works with Director of Design, Design Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Licensing Manager, and external design/engineering partners.

Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in a general contractor or architectural firm office.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel to and work at project locations as needed.
