Actalent is seeking an experienced Chief Estimator to join our Stamford, CT team for mid- to high-rise residential and commercial projects. This in-person role focuses on preparing complete estimates and budgets, and evaluating subcontractor quotes.
You will build relationships with subcontractors, attend pre-bid conferences, and deliver accurate cost summaries and bid proposals, using estimating software and cost databases.
