Insight Global is hiring a L1 Digital/Broadcast Operator to sit onsite here in Stamford, CT for a large, streaming & multimedia company. This person will work 4 10-hour shifts with 3 month-rotation of shifts.
This person will be responsible for single live event broadcast coverage (real-time monitoring) and L1 support. On a day to day, this operator will access their tools, UIs, and credentials, start playing with test streams, and start taking on assignments and tickets.
